Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-26
SEO Brain Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the BuzzRelay website and desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact & order details — your name, email address and phone number when you contact us, request a free trial, or place an order.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by our payment partners Razorpay (for customers in India) and PayPal (for international customers). We do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI details on our servers.
- Usage & cookies — we use an essential session cookie to remember your preferences (such as your selected currency) and keep the website working. We also use analytics and advertising cookies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our ads. These may collect your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit.
Your data in the BuzzRelay desktop app stays on your own computer. Your contacts, templates and campaign data are stored locally in a database on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase (license key and download link).
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- To process refunds and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with the payment processors needed to complete your transaction (Razorpay / PayPal) and email delivery providers. If you request a free trial or place an order, we may share your email address, phone number and name with Meta in encrypted (hashed) form, along with the fact that you started a trial or made a purchase. Meta uses this to measure and improve our advertising. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook ad settings. We never sell your personal data.
Data retention & your rights
We retain order and contact records as required for accounting and support. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at contact@buzzrelay.cc.
